Questions and Answers
1. What is the Survey about?
HUD annually measures PHAs performance across the country. The Resident Service and Satisfaction Survey is one component of the assessment system that measure residents' overall satisfaction with their living conditions. The Survey measures satisfaction with five areas: maintenance and repair, communications, safety, services, and development appearance.
2. How was I selected for the Survey?
Residents are randomly selected by a computer to participate in the Survey based on the list of units at the local Housing Authority. Families receive a Survey simply by chance.
3. Will my answers be anonymous and/or confidential?
The answers you give will be confidential. The Housing Authority will not know who participates in the Survey.
