Plans for Increasing Availability of Affordable Housing
- Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for developers to submit qualifications to develop on 18 public housing sites leading to partial or full demolition and reconstruction of: infill, rehabilitation and/ or new construction of family, senior, supportive, assisted living, congregate care or first time homebuyer housing, or any other option - one-for-one replacement of public housing is a requirement.

- Section 8 Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA)
- Work with agencies, corporation and organizations to create first time homeownership opportunities on SFHA land.
