  • Hayes Valley has 30 fully accessible apartments and 20 adaptable apartments that can easily be made fully accessible as needed.
     
  • Bernal Dwellings has 30 fully accessible apartments, 20 adaptable apartments and 5 accessible apartments for residents with hearing or visual impairments.
     
  • Plaza East has 27 fully accessible apartments, 32 adaptable apartments and 4 accessible apartments for residents with hearing or visual impairments.
     
  • North Beach will have 20 fully accessible apartments of which 6 are senior units, 110 adaptable apartments of which 42 are senior units, and 4 apartments for senior residents with hearing or visual impairments.
     
  • Valencia Gardens will have 93 fully accessible and adaptable apartments, 38 adaptable apartments, including apartments for residents with hearing or visual impairments.
